Appointments are scheduled via contact with provider. Appointment days/times are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 12 noon to 6pm- last appointment is 5pm.

NO SHOW AND LATE CANCELLATION FEES- $200
The purpose of this document is to inform you of the No Show/Late/Late Cancellation policy. No-show policies are implemented for several reasons, including respecting our time, maintaining financial stability, and ensuring client commitment to treatment. No-show fees also help us to understand boundaries in the therapeutic relationship and encourage the understanding to take appointments seriously.
Please address any questions or feedback directly with the provider should the need arise.
Respect for Time and Financial Commitment:
A clinician/provider dedicates time and expertise to patients, and no-shows disrupt their schedules and management of finances. A no-show fee shows respect for this and honors the professional relationship.
Client Commitment and Professional Boundaries:
No-show policies reinforce the importance of showing up for therapy and taking treatment seriously. They also help establish clear boundaries and expectations in the therapeutic relationship.
Fairness and Consistency:
Having a clear no-show policy ensures fair treatment for all clients and helps prevent inconsistencies in how appointments are handled.
Potential Disruptions to Treatment:
Missing therapy sessions can disrupt the therapeutic process and hinder progress, potentially causing clients to fall behind in their treatment.
Encouraging Communication:
No-show policies encourage clients to communicate any difficulties or emergencies that may prevent them from attending appointments, allowing for appropriate accommodations.
Patient Agreement:
The provider/clinician will wait for 15 minutes in the event a patient is delayed. After 15 minutes, with no log in/connection, the provider/clinician will consider the meeting a No Show and log off/disconnect.
The patient agrees to attend each scheduled session on time.
The patient agrees that should it become necessary to cancel- they will call 732-354-1890 and leave a message or send a message via the patient portal.
The patient agrees to cancel appointments a minimum of 24 hours before the appointment.
Monday Appointments: The patient agrees to notify of cancellation no later than the prior Friday, by your appointment time, to meet the 24-hour notice requirement.
In the event of a no-show appointment or a session canceled with less than 24 hours notice, the patient agrees that a fee of $200 will be applied to the credit card on file.
Submission of credit card information and/or booking an appointment indicates agreement with this policy.
Multiple no-shows and/or late cancellations may result in the termination of treatment.
You are valued and respected as a patient. The therapeutic relationship includes respect for time management. Text and email reminders are sent for a scheduled appointment and confirmed by the patient. Regular weekly appointments are usually scheduled one week in advance- recurring appointments are not assumed.
