Billing and Payment Policy

Patient agrees to make payment at time services rendered. Failure to submit payment, or respond to requests for payment may result in disruption of payment services or administrative discharge from the practice. Patient is responsible for any balances related to insurance changes.  

Bettyannen will provide you access to the TherapyAppointment patient portal where you can view your account, request statements, or pay your outstanding charges.
