The EMDR Extended Individualized Curriculum is designed for clients who are ready to engage in focused, meaningful work. This intensive format offers dedicated, uninterrupted time to support deeper processing and integration—often accomplishing what might otherwise take weeks of traditional therapy.

Clients frequently describe this approach as both efficient and transformative, offering not only measurable progress but also a strong sense of safety, continuity, and therapeutic connection.

This program is not intended to serve as a long-term curriculum. Instead, it is designed as a focused, intentional, and time-limited plan to support your growth and healing. The goal is to help you achieve lasting relief from distress, so you can feel comfortable, confident, and no longer require ongoing support.

In essence, my goal is to support you in reaching a place of relief and self-assurance, so you can move forward with confidence and eventually feel you no longer need my support.

Sessions can be scheduled as 90, 120, or 180 minute daily or weekly sessions, across multiple days or weeks, depending on your needs and availability.
